Luzerne McAllister II
Luzerne V McAllister II is a strategist, executive coach, and organizational change leader with nearly 20 years of experience across HR, DEI, and talent transformation. He is the Founder & Managing Director of Curated Crescendo Coaching and Consulting, where he helps organizations evolve their culture, talent strategies, and inclusion efforts - while supporting individuals through executive and career coaching, keynote speaking, and his signature Curated Career Journey course.
Luzerne has held senior leadership roles in HR and DEI at companies like PepsiCo and PointClickCare, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives spanning onboarding redesigns, enterprise culture assessments, and inclusive leadership development. He’s coached dozens of senior leaders through org-wide change, role clarity, and succession planning - always with a focus on psychological safety, accountability, and team alignment.
He began his career in Accenture’s Talent & Strategy practices, later becoming PepsiCo’s first Human Capital Strategist and a key architect of its global DEI strategy. Luzerne is an alum of The Wharton School, NYU Stern School of Business, and London Business School, and holds certifications in executive and leadership coaching. A passionate traveler and connector, he has explored over 40 countries - bringing a global, human-centered lens to every engagement.
